Kalamazoo Speedway will be hosting their 61st consecutive Season Opener this Saturday night, May 1st, starting at 7PM sharp! With Mother Nature throwing us a wet curve ball last weekend, this weekend’s action promises to be one of the hottest short track racing events in the Midwest.

The Zoo will be hosting the 10th annual Intimidator 100 for the wicked fast Outlaw Super Late Models; one of the most sought after Late Model trophies in the state of Michigan. Over 35 of the Outlaw Supers are expected to be on hand fighting it out for 100 laps of green flag action with $2,500 going to the winner!

Modified Mania will remain on the schedule as printed with the wild open wheelers fighting it out for the $1,000 top prize. Both the Outlaw Super Late Model and Modified races will feature double-file restarts! Also on hand will be the Super Stocks, the Pro Stocks and the Cyber Stocks!
