Team Spirit Custom Trailers 50 up Next for the Outlaw Super Late Models

The battle for the 2012 Kalamazoo Speedway Outlaw Super Late Model championship continued tonight with the running of the Team Spirit Trailer Sales 50.  12-time champion Andy Bozell brings a slim 55 point lead into tonight’s race over “Flying” Brian Bergakker.  Bozell has shown incredible consistency throughout the season whereas Bergakker has shown a mix of raw speed with a few doses of bad luck.  The possible forgotten man in the championship battle is defending champ Phil Bozell, who has clawed his way back to within 127 points of the lead. 

In addition to the tight title fight, the Super Lates will be on a new tire tonight for the first time since last season’s Kalamazoo Klash.  This tire could potentially shake everything up and should make things very interesting for the remainder of 2012.
